Great job Bantam B at Provincials!

Even though they didn't come home with a medal the Bantam Comets had a great showing at provincials this past weekend. Opening with a 4-1 win over the Mississagua Chiefs,they had a stinging ....

1-0 loss the Kincardine Kanucks.  In their third game they met up with the Sudbury Lady Wolves and played to a 1-1 tie.  After a points tiebreaker  was declared the Comets moved on to the quarterfinals. Here they met up with the Smiths Falls Cubs and played a tough game which unfortunatley ended Cold Creek's quest for Gold. The game ended in a 1-0 loss for the Comets. (Smiths Falls went on to win the gold medal)
    The bantams have wrapped up a great year after winning the regular season eastern division in LLFHL play.  Narrowly missing out on advancing to the LLFHL playoff weekend, with a tough loss to the Lindsay Lynx.  And great work in tournament play and representing themselves well at Provincials.
