CCGHA Coach Applications

Please find below the coaching application form for the 2010-2011 season.

As we are a small association we are unable to roster house league teams at this time, as they would have no league to play in.
Teams that we are able to register for the upcoming season (pending on registration numbers)are:
Novice C ( 7 & 8)
Atom C &/orB (9 & 10)
Peewee C &/or B (11 & 12)
Bantam C &/or B (13 & 14)
Midget C &/or B (15, 16, 17)
Intermediate A , C&/orB (18 to 21)
Senior C &/or B (18 & above)

   Cold Creek assigns the category of the team based on the level of play of the skaters(per OWHA).In the past we have been mostly C or B. The category could be higher (BB to AA) if the team plays at a higher level. 
 If there are enough players for 2 teams in an age division this will be accomodated for as well. (C & B teams).

We would also be interested in running a OWHA FUNdamentals (Initiation Program).. skills development program. Designed for beginner skaters and/or beginner hockey players.  No league games will be played.  This open to any age group..4 and up (*not limited to 8 & under).  Skating,passing, & shooting skills are developed and confidence is built through "fun" practise sessions. This program is designed to be used as a stepping stone to team play in future years.
